Math centre

last week . In math class did math centre I liked how math class was no longer very boring it was interesting and it was easier to learn math. My favorite station was the computer because the games weren't that bad and it was teaching fractions and had enough levels to make it so it wasn't too easy. If I had to change anything I would make it so there was more computer based math centers and also have more time to do each center. Overall I prefer math centers to textbook math.

"WHAT IS AN OUTSIDER"

In my mind a outsider is a person who is an outcast a loner so to speak. Someone who might be mistreated not understand or just not liked. sometimes people how are outsiders can be so depressed the it can lead to cutting themself beating themselfs or all the way to suiside. In the story it takes place in the 50's when their was greasers who rebell against their parents tight stricked ways but there was the kids who dress nice short hair and good manners. As in the book there can be groups of people who are outsiders. so to sum up and outsider is an person who is unliked or diffrent and/or shy or rude.

"Weather can affect your life. Think about a time in your life when you have been affected by some kind of weather. Write an article about it."

Currently it is feburary and most people in my life are having the winter blues and seeing these people everyday has caused me to feel some what blue. But after a pointless day coming home to my parents cheer is what keeps going when my friends and family are down.









I believe that kids and even adults are like icebergs they hid to much of themselfs to fit in even if it evolves changing who they are. I try to show who i really am i do not try to hid who i am. Most of my friends are the same they are not afraid to show who they are inside. Same goes with my family they do not keep secrets from me they tell me the reasons behind their actions if asked. As for my teachers i believe they tell me and my class as much as they need to know about themselfs, but as with all of these people including my self do hid some opinions and beliefs do to them being scared of how other people with react mostly in the teen age group. So overall i think that the prompt  kids are like icebergs you can only see the top is very dead on with most kids.
